Alex Sakpoba, trading as Senshin. Email billing@senshin.io.
If we have charged you and you change your mind, email billing@senshin.io within 14 days of that payment. We will refund that charge in full.
What that means in the product:
If you are buying as a consumer (not in the course of a business), the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 also give you a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract. We honour that through the same 14-day refund. Most Senshin customers are buying for work; if you are a consumer, say so in the email.
If you cancel an annual subscription early, email billing and we will refund the unused whole months on a pro-rata basis. Part-months already started are not refunded. That matches what the product can issue.
Cancelling in Settings stops the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancellation is not itself a refund. If you also want money back, you must ask within the 14-day window (or ask for the annual unused-month refund).
We may still make a goodwill refund outside those rules. That is a decision, not a right, and it is logged.
Email billing@senshin.io from the address on the account. Include the workspace name if you have more than one. We process it through the same refund path the founder uses in admin — not a private spreadsheet.
Card refunds usually show on the statement in a few working days. The exact timing is our payment provider's and your bank's.
If you dispute a charge with your bank while a refund is available under this page, tell us so we can refund instead where we still can. A completed chargeback and a refund of the same charge cannot both stand.
