Start from the project you already have
Nobody takes over a project with a blank page. There is a plan in Microsoft Project, a RAID log in Excel, a budget somebody else built and a deck from the last SteerCo. Senshin reads them and builds the record from them.

You check before anything is saved
Senshin sorts what it finds into activities, risks, finance lines, people and documents, and shows you a preview. Nothing is written to the project until you confirm. A file it cannot read is flagged with the reason, and the rest of the upload carries on.
Then the record does the work
Once the plan, RAID and budget are on one record, Control Tower, the reports and the what-if screen all read from it. The documents stay in the evidence library behind the reports.

Which file types can I import?
Microsoft Project (.mpp), Excel, CSV, Word, PowerPoint, PDF, and Jira and Asana exports, up to 25 MB per file.
Will it overwrite my data?
No. Imports show a preview first and are only saved when you confirm.
Do I need to tidy my spreadsheet first?
No. Senshin reads the columns you have and shows what it understood, so you can correct it before saving.
