The Weekly and the SteerCo pack, built from the record
The night before SteerCo is usually spent hunting for numbers: the forecast in one file, the risks in another, the dates in a third. Senshin keeps them in one record and assembles the report from it. You check it and put it in your own words.

Pick the room you are walking into
The Brief starts with the meeting, because each room asks different questions. A SteerCo wants to know whether you will land, what has moved and what you need from them. A sponsor wants to know whether their money and benefits are safe.
- SteerCo pack: position, movement, the money, the decision you need
- Weekly report: what changed, what is blocked, the priced exposure, what lands next
- Sponsor update, finance room, PMO assurance and board paper
You confirm the words
Senshin tells you how many of the report's questions it can answer from the project record, and shows where the gaps are. It drafts the pages; you confirm or rewrite them in your own voice.
Next week, continue the series: the same pages and your own wording, rebuilt on that week's records.
Change a figure, the pack follows
Because the report reads from the record, a change to the forecast or a risk score shows up in the next build. There is no second copy of the numbers to keep in step.
